- 2 portions fresh salmon filet
- Butter spray
- Salt, pepper, seasoning
- ½ cup dry white wine
- ½ cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 T orange juice
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1 T Splenda Brown Sugar
- Pepper

Step 1
For the salmon, season as desired - salt, pepper, lemon pepper, grill seasoning, etc. Spray all sides with butter spray. Cook to desired doneness:
Grill – over medium heat, grill about 6-8 minutes on each side
Pan-fry – over medium-high heat, cook about 3-4 minutes on each side
Bake - 375° F for about 20 minutes
For the drizzle, place all ingredients, except pepper in a small saucepan. Stir to dissolve sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens to a syrup – about 25 minutes. Add pepper to taste. Drizzle over plated salmon. Refrigerate remainder in a small container for future use. Bring to room temperature before use.
