Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, boiled and peeled
- 1 can, cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tab. chopped green pepper
- 2 tab. chopped onion
- 2 tab. butter, melted
- 1 tab. lemon juice
- 1/2 teas. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teas. black pepper
- 1 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. of Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice, cook according to pkg.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and bake in a greased 2 quart casserole dish for 30- 35 minutes.
