Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Step 1
Preheat waffle maker. Put all ingredients except egg whites in a large bowl. Beat on low until moistened. Increase speed to medium and mix until smooth. By hand, gently fold in beaten egg whites. Pour batter over grids. Close waffle maker and bake until golden brown, about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
