- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
Heat electric griddle to 375F. Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in bowl. Add egg, milk and melted butter; whisk to combine. Batter should have small to medium-size lumps.
Using a 2 oz ladle, pour pancake mixture onto heated griddle. When bubbles have formed on top of the pancakes and the edges are slightly dry, flip. Cook until golden brown on bottom, approximately 1 minute.
