Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 2 tbsp. milk
• 2 tsp. sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. shortening
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. durum semolina
• 2 cups bread flour
• 1 1/4 tsp. instant yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place in bread machine in this order. Start dough setting.
