Step 1
Spray the bottom and sides of a glass bread pan with non-stick cooking spray. Layer the casserole as follows: 1 1/2 cup hash browns, 3 sausage patties, 4 oz. mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, 1 1/2 cups hash browns, 3 sausage patties, and 4 oz. mushrooms. Mix the eggs and milk together and pour over the casserole. Top the casserole with cheese to cover all of the toppings and egg. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes. Allow the casserole to sit for 5 - 7 minutes and then cut and serve.
