This is my recipe that I created to combine burritos and enchiladas into one dish.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 6 oz. can pitted black olives, sliced in quarters
- 16 oz. can Old El Paso Refried Beans
- Half of an 8 oz. pkg Sargento Fancy Supreme Pizza Cheese
- 12 Fajita Size Flour Tortillas
- Half of a 20 oz. jar of Old El Paso Thick 'n' Chunky Mild Salsa
- 2 - 3 tomatoes, chopped
- Chili Powder (I use 3 Tbsp)
- Garlic Powder
- Oregano
- Sour Cream
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Step 1
Brown the ground beef with the chili powder, garlic powder, and oregano. Add the refried beans to the meat and mix together to combine. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Lay the tortillas on top of the greased foil. Add the meat mixture to the middle of the tortilla and top with cheese, black olives, and salsa. Fold the sides of the tortilla over one another and place a toothpick in the center to hold the burrito in place. Repeat with the remaining tortillas. Bake the burritos at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. Serve the burritos with salsa, sour cream, and tomatoes.
