Greek Shrimp Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of orzo
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3/4 pound feta cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 c lemon juice
- 6 T oil
- 3 lbs cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 1/2 cucumbers, quartered lengthwise, and cut into 1/4 inch thick pieces
- 2 baskets of cherry tomatoes, halved

Preparation
Step 1
1) Cook Orzo. Rinse with cool water. Place in a large bowl.
2) Add green onions, feta, dill, lemon juice, oil, and shrimp. Can be prepared up to 8 hours ahead--Cover and refrigerate).
3) Mix in cucumbers and tomatoes.
