Ingredients
- Asian Dipping Sauce:
- Kabobs
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1/2 red onion, chopped in large pieces
- 1-2 bell peppers, chopped in large pieces
- 8 oz. button mushrooms, cut in half
- 1 T honey
- 4 T cashew butter
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp. fresh minced ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 T Bragg's liquid aminos
- 1 T water
- crushed red pepper to taste
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Kabobs:
Soak kabob sticks in water for at least 2 hours.
Slide meat and vegetables onto kabobs.
Grill or broil until done.
Asian Dipping Sauce:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
