  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 vanilla instant pudding (large box)
  • 12 oz cool whip

Step 1

butter 9x13 pan. line bottom with whole graham crackers.

make pudding with the 3 1/2 cups milk, you should only have to stir it for a couple minutes. blend cool whip into pudding. let stand 5 minutes. pour 1/2 pudding on crackers, put layer of crackers on top of pudding, pour rest of pudding on top of crackers, then end with top layer crackers.

FOR ICING:

melt 2 sq semi-sweet chocolate.
melt 2 tablespons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla 3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar.

blend everything until creamy. pour over crackers and spread thinly. put into fridge for a day.
