- Beef Brisket
- Onion Salt
- Celery Salt
- Garlic Salt
- 1/4 bottle of Liquid Smoke
- Barbeque Sauce
- Oven Baking Bag

Step 1
Flavor both sides of brisket with onion salt, celery salt and garlic salt. Place brisket in baking bag, fat side up. Add 1/4 bottle of Liquid Smoke to bag. Do not use over 1/4 bottle or meat will taste bitter. Cook 10 - 12 hours in oven at 225 degrees. Refrigerate overnight. Save juice from baking bag. Strain off congealed fat from juice.
Trim off fat from brisket. Cut cross grain in slices. Mix barbecue sauce with saved juice. Put sliced brisket back in bake bag. Pour sauce/juice mixture over meat. Cook 2 1/2 hours at 225 degrees.
