Ingredients
- 1 LB Pasta--Penne best
- 1/2 C EV Olive Oil
- 3 Lg Garlic Cloves --peeled
- Salt and Pepper
- Hot Pepper Flakes
- 15 Fresh Basil Leaves
- 15 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 10 Sprigs Italian Parsley--leaves only
- 20 Fresh Margoram Leaves
Preparation
Step 1
When water boils, add coarse salt, then the pasta, and cook until al dente, 9 to 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat olive in a small saucepan over low heat, add garlic clover and season with salt, pepper, and hot pepper flakes and cook stirring. When the garlic is golden and the pasta is ready to be drained, discard the garlic, drain the pasta, and transfer to a large platter. Immediately sprinkle the herbs--toos and serve.
