Ingredients

  • 36 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • (Hershey brand the best!)
  • 2 cans (14-ounce) Eagle Brand Sweetened
  • Condensed Milk (I use low fat Eagle Brand)
  • Dash Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Step 1

MICROWAVE: ** In a glass bowl, combine chips with sweetened condensed milk and salt. Cook on 100% power (high) for 3 minutes or until chips melt, stirring after each 1 ½ minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Remove from microwave--Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into aluminum foil-lined 13x9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
