Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 6oz uncooked white meat chicken
- 1/4 pound raw cashews
- 4oz cut up celery
- 1/2 pound snow peas
- 2oz sliced mushrooms
- 2oz bamboo shoots (sliced)
- 6oz sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 tspn white wine
- Cornstarch to taste (about 1/2 tspn)
- Add soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the sauce ingredients. Itiat (?) raw chicken in wok until chicken is browned. Add raw vegetables and nuts. Do not over cook. Serve with rice on noodles.
