Ingredients
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 T. margarine (softened)
- 2 c. cooked and chopped chicken or turkey (or 2-5 oz. cans of chicken)
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 2-3 T. sherry or white wine
- 2 T. chopped onion
- 8 oz. can crescent rolls
- Crushed cornflakes
- Melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Blend cream cheese and margarine till smooth. Mix in chicken, seasonings, wine, and onion. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles and finely press perforations to seal. Spoon about 1/2 c. meat mixture onto center of rectangle. Pull 4 corners to top and twist and seal edges. Brush all with melted margarine and dip in cornflakes. Bake at 350 deg on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam for 20-25 min.
