- 12 medjool dates
- 12 black mission figs
- 1 quart distilled water (more or less as needed)
- 1 tsp raw carob powder

Step 1
Blend the dates, figs, and water (use less than 1 quart to start with) in a blender. You will need more or less depending on the dryness of the fruit. Add the carob powder and blend a few seconds longer. Pour into individual serving cups and chill.
