Ingredients
- 3 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 4 oz mushrooms and stems
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 10 oz frozen French cut green beans, thawed
- French fried onions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cream of mushroom soup and milk. Reserve 1/2 cup.
Mix remaining soup mixture, rice, mushrooms (with liquid), 1/2 the onion soup mix and the green beans. Pour into baking dish.
Press pork chops into the green bean mixture. Pour reserved soup and milk mixture over the pork chops and sprinkle with the remaining onion soup mix. Cover the top with French fried onions.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with additional French fried onions before serving.
