- 2 Red Potatoes
- 2 Ears of Corn
- 2 Lobsters
- 2 # steamer clams

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a pot of sea water, or heavily salted water, to a boil.
Cut red potatoes into big chunks and layer them in the bottom of the pot. Husk corn and lay the ears across the pot in one layer above the potatoes.
Place lobsters on top of the ears of corn. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Then, place the steamers on top of the lobsters, cover and cook everything for an additional 10 minutes. Longer if needed if clams are not yet opened. Serve hot.
Total cooking time is about 30 minutes
