Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

• Cream Cheese Mixture:
• 1 package sugar cookie dough
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Glaze:
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 T cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bake sugar cookie on a pizza pan according to package directions.

2. Mix cream cheese mixture until fluffy and spread on cooled crust. Top with fruit of your choice.

3. Bring glaze ingredients to a boil. Cool glaze and spoon over fruit.
