Ingredients
- 6 medium peaches or nectarines, chopped (3 cups)
- 4 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 kiwi fruit
- 2 packages (2 ounce each) powdered fruit pectin
- 1 cup orange juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine chopped peaches, sugar and lemon juice in heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Peel and chop kiwi fruit. Stir into peach mixture; boil 10 minutes. Blend fruit pectin with orange juice; stir into fruit mixture; boil 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pour jam into sterilized jars. Store in refrigerator for 2 months or in freezer for up to 1 year.
