Ingredients
- 12 Large Red Peppers roasted, and peeled
- 1 can Flat Anchovies
- 1 can Black Olives, pitted, drained, and sliced
- 1 can Green Pimento Olives, drained and halved
- 1 small jar of Capers
- 4-6 cloves of Garlic
- Virgin Olive Oil
- Red Wine Vinegar
- Plain Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In an ovenproof baking dish place one third of the peppers. On the first pepper layer, place a few cloves of garlic, a third each of the olives, capers and anchovies. Sprinkle with salt. Drizzle olive oil. Repeat with two more layers. On top layer, sprinkle with a handful of breadcrumbs to cover lightly. Drizzle oil and vinegar and bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour. Let cool, cut in squares and serve with fresh bread and a glass of wine.
