Steakhouse Horseradish Sauce Recipe (~ 1 cup)

Ingredients

• sour cream 2/3 cup
• mayonnaise 1/4 cup
• horseradish 2 tablespoons prepared hot or to taste
• chives 1 tablespoon chopped
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend the flavors.
Serve chilled.
