Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (12 to 16 oz.) French Bread, cut in half lenghtwise
  • 2 T. plus 1 t. olive oil (divided)
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli-style ham
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced hard salami
  • 1/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheated the oven to 30 deg. Brush both cut sides of the bread with 2 T olive oil and sprinkle evenly garlic powder. Layer the ham, turkey, salami, cheese and tomato over one half of the bread. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 t. olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 20-25 min. or until heated through
