- 2 cups (4oz.) French's French Fried Onions
- 2 tbs. flour
- 4 (5oz.) boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg, beaten

Step 1
Crush fried onions with flour in a plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees until cooked through.
Zesty tip; Substitute 1/4 cup of any flavor mustard instead of beaten egg.
