Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 squares white baking chocolate, melted
- 1 oreo pie crust
- 3 tbs. raspberry preserves

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cheese, sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Stir in white chocolate and pour into crust.
Heat prserves in a small bol and dot top of pie with preserves, cut through batter with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake 35- 40 minutes or until centre is almost set Chill 3 hours or overnight.
