Ingredients
- 2 broiler/fryer chickens (3-3 1/2 lbs each), cooked and shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/4 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Hamburger buns

Step 1
