Steaks with Butter

Ingredients

• steak
• kosher salt
• pepper
• olive oil
• 1/2 cube butter
• 1/2 tsp garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, garlic and parsley together and place in fridge

Bring steaks to room temperature
Coat steaks with olive oil (very,very light coating, just enough to keep steak from sticking)
Just before grilling, sprinkle liberally with kosher salt and pepper
Grill med. to hot for 4-5 minutes per side for medium
Let set for 5 minutes
Place dollop of butter mixture on each steak
