Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 tspn salt
1 cup sweet cream
1-1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tspn soda
1/2 cup from sugar
1/2 cup coconut or nuts
3/4 tspn cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Line pan with fresh rhubarb cake. Put first six ingredients over rhubarb. Mix last three ingredients and put over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
