This is the only Manicotti recipe that I have ever tried and my family enjoys the infused flavors of the spices and the meat.

Ingredients
- 15 oz. carton Ricotta Cheese
- 8 oz. pkg. Manicotti pasta (14 sleeves)
- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- Two 28 oz. jars Prego Meat Flavored Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Parmesan
- 12 oz. pkg Sargento Fancy Mozzarella Cheese (3 cups)

Step 1
Boil the Manicotti pasta for 6 - 8 minutes. *Do NOT overcook!* Drain the pasta. Cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink in the center; Drain. Place a sheet of aluminum foil in the bottom and sides of a 9" x 13" baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, oregano, half of 1 jar of Prego sauce, Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and ricotta cheese. Fill the individual sleeves with the meat mixture. Place the filled pasta sleeves gently on the foil. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover the pasta sleeves with the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake the Manicotti for 35 minutes and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
