Ingredients
- 1 tbs. butter
- 3/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1-2 tsp. finely chopped jalapeno chiles
- 2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
- 1 tsp. groun cumin
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese,shredded
- 3 tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
- 18 sheets frozen phyllo pastry dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Salsa, if desired

Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter until sizziling and add red pepper, onion, garlic, and chiles. Coo over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the vegetalbes are softend and liquid has evaporated(3-5 minutes). Add the chicken and cumin; cooking until heated through. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, cheese, and cilantro.
Place 1 sheet phyllo on a flat surface and brush with ubtter. Top with 2 additional sheets, buttering each sheet. Trim and cut stack in half crossise; cut each stack into 2 1/2 inch strips.
Spoon 2 tsp. filling onto eache centre and form triangles. Brush with butter before baing and bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until golden brown.
