  • 1 1/2 T. honey
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 1 t. grated orange rind
  • 1/4 t. ground ginger
  • 1 C. coarsely chopped apple
  • 1 C. coarsely chopped pear
  • 1 C. sliced plum
  • 1 C. sliced banana

Step 1

Combine pineapple juice, honey, lemon juice, orange rind, and ginger in a large bowl, and stir with a whisk until well blended. Add fruit and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
