- 1 stick room temp butter
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- coarse salt
- 1 large french bread loaf

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Mash stick room temp butter, with horseradish, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives until smooth. Season with coarse salt. Slice 1 large french bread (or 2 small loaves) without cutting all the way through. Generously spread butter mixture evenly onto each piece, and wrap in foil Bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
