Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground pork (loin)
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. finely ground almonds
- 2 eggs
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 chopped cloves of garlic
- Cornstarch
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 c mild vinegar
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 9 oz pineapple juice
- Stir until thick and smooth. Add pineapple juice to taste. Pour over meat balls. Makes 90
- Form mixture into balls size of quarters. Roll in cornstarch and slowly fry 20 minutes in skillet. Do not deep fry.

Form mixture of 1 1/2 lbs lean ground pork (loin), 1 c dry bread crumbs, 1/2 c. finely ground almonds, 2 eggs. 3 T soy sauce, and 2 chopped cloves of garlic into balls size of quarters. Roll in cornstarch and slowly fry 20 minutes in skillet. Do not deep fry.
For the sauce mix 3/4 c sugar, 2 T cornstarch, 1 c mild vinegar, and 1/4 c soy sauce. Stir until thick and smooth. Add pineapple juice to taste. Pour over meat balls. Makes 90
