Ingredients
- Place in each jar:
- 7-8 Pints
- 4 lbs of whole green beans
- 1/4 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp Dill seed
- 1 peeled garlic clove

Step 1
Fill clean jars with cleaned and washed green beans packed in.
Put lids in a small saucepan and bring them to a boil and keep warm
Combine 5 cups Apple Cider vinegar, 5 cups water, 1/2 cup pickling spices/ canning salt in a saucepan heat to boiling. Pour over beans filling 1/2 inch from the top of the jar. Place lids on and rings and adjust. Place in a canner with enough water to cover jars, after the water starts boiling time for 5 min. Remove jars from water and cool inches apart. Count pings so you know how many jars seals if not all ping touch the lids in the middle of the jar and if it doesn't move it is sealed.
