This was a dish that I created when the girls needed a hot meal and I didn't have much time to prepare supper. They love it and request it often!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
  • Two 14 oz. cans Beef Broth
  • Basil
  • Nature's Seasons
  • Wondra Shaker Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Add the ground beef to a large skillet and sprinkle the basil and Nature's Seasons over the top of the meat. Cook the seasoned ground beef until it is completely done. Add the beef broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Using a whisk, stir in the sifted flour to the beef broth and meat mixture. *Add enough of the Wondra Shaker Flour to the thicken the broth into a gravy consistency.* Serve the hamburger gravy over baked potatoes or toast.

*If using 1 lb. of ground beef - you can use only one can of beef broth.*
