Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbs. bread crumbs
- 2 tbs. chopped fresh parsley, optional
- 1 small clove garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
Bring the stock to a boil.
Combine the remaining ingredients until blended. Then stir the combined ingredients into the simmering stock and stir until the egg is set (30-60 seconds)
