Ingredients

  • lst Layer:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2nd Layer:
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 (8 ounce) container frozen Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
  • 3rd Layer:
  • 3 3/4 cups milk
  • 3 3 oz. packages instant pistachio pudding
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond flavoring
  • 4th Layer:
  • Cool Whip
  • Nuts, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first layer ingredients together.

Press into a 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350* for 18 min.

Let cool completely .

Whip second layer ingredients together and spread over crust.

Beat third layer ingredients and spread over cheese layer. Spread on rest of Cool Whip.

Sprinkle with a few nuts. This makes your fourth and final layer.
