Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix all ingredients except cheese just until blended.
Press into12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until done (160ºF). Top with cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
