  • 4 cups rhubarb, cut up
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 small pkg strawberry jello
  • 1 cake mix, white or yellow

Preparation

Step 1

Place 4 cups of cut-up rhubarb on the bottom of a 9" x 13" cake pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 small pkg of strawberry jello evenly on the rhubarb.
Next. scatter the 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows over the rhubarb-sugar mixture.
Mix a white or yellow cake mix as directed and pour over the rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
