Ingredients
- ½ cup pecan halves
- 4 (6 oz.) fresh tilapia filets
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- Golden-Rum Butter Sauce
- Garnishes: lemon wedges, fresh parsley, sprig

Step 1
Chop pecan finely. Sprinkle fish with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Dredge fish in pecans. Melt butter in a skillet, add fish and cook.
