Ingredients
- 1 C Butter
- 1 C Sugar
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1 c almonds (sliced)
- 1 cup choc chips

Preparation
Step 1
Over medium heat cook butter and sugar, stirring hard until melted and completely combined cook to hard crack 275 -300 (depending on how dark you like the toffee layer)
add 1/2 c almonds and stir
Pour out on Silpat lined cookie sheet or 9 x 13 pan
spread chocolate chips on top until melted and makes nice chocolate layer
top with remaining almonds and "pat down" to stick
