Ingredients
- 1/2 package cake mix
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup hot water (1-1/2 cups makes more pudding)

Step 1
Prepare cake according to directions. Make 12 cupcakes, filling each cup about 2/3 full. Pour remaining batter (about ½) into a 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cocoa and brown sugar (mixed together). Pour hot water over all.
Bake at 350°F for 22 minutes. Serve hot with whipped cream.
FROSTING
3 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 Cup confectioner’s sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp milk
Cream butter, vanilla and sugar in a small mixer bowl. Add milk; beat to spreading consistency.
Makes about 1 cup frosting
