3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchine
3 tspn vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 tspn soda
1 tspn salt
3 tspns cinnamon
chopped nuts (optional)

Step 1

Beat eggs, oil, and sugar
ADD: zucchinne and vanilla---mix well
ADD: dry ingredients---mix well
and pour into 2 greased floured loaf pans
Bake 1 hour at 350
