Ingredients
- 1 LB powdered sugar
- 6 Tablespoons melted butter or margarine
- 2 Tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 package (11oz.) dried apricots, ground (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, butter, orange juice and vanilla. Add apricots. Mix, then knead in bowl until ingredients are well mixed. Form into 1-inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Store in refrigerator or freezer in covered container.
