Ingredients
- ¾ cup sliced celery
- ⅓ cup dried sweet cherries
- ⅓ cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 3 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1½ T. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1½ T. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 T. chopped pecans, toasted
- 1½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Combine all ingredients; chill and enjoy.
I have used the ½ part fat free or low fat yogurt with ½ part fat free or light mayo for making tuna salad, and chicken salad and it is great.
