Ingredients
- Marinara Sauce:
- 1/2lb. Minced beef
- 1/2lb. Minced pork
- 1/2 Bunch flat leaf parsley
- Splack of white wine
- 2 Tbl. Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 Tbl. Fine breadcrumbs,enough milk to cover breadcrumbs
- Plain flour
- 2 Tins chopped tomatoes
- 2 Shallots (onion) finely sliced
- Small bunch basil
- 1 Tbl. Chopped frsh oregono
- Salt/Pepper/Olive oil

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Soak bredcrumbs in milk.
3. Lighly fry onion/garlic for 2-3min. until soft. Deglaze the pan w/splash of white wine. Add the tomatoes along w/basil/oregano. Simmer for 5-10min.
4. While tomatoes sauce is cooking, make up meatballs. Into the mince beef/pork add the parsely/parmesan cheese/garlic/soaked breadcrumbs. Mix well. Season w/salt & pepper.
5. Shape into walnut sized balls & lightly coat the meatball in the flour & fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Add the meatballs to the tomatoe sauce & bake in oven for 10min.
