Ingredients
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. catsup
- 2 T. sugar
- 2 T. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. prepared or Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) crumbled blue cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients, except blue cheese in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour contents over the crumbed blue cheese. Do not blend. Just mist lightly with a fork.
Variation: Make these substitutions for a low-fat dressing: 1 small onion, 1 cup diet mayonnaise, 1/3 cup catsup, 2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute (to taste), 1 tablespoon cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon (or more, to taste) prepared or Dijon mustard. Omit the following ingredients: salad oil and salt. The rest stay the same.
