Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sautéed mushrooms (or more if desired)
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- ¼ cup butter melted

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Salt and pepper the chicken and place in a greased casserole. Place mushrooms on top and then spread the soup on top of that. Top with the stuffing mix and drizzle with the melted butter.
Bake covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 30 minutes.
