Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 3 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add soda to flour and add alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until test done by inserting pick in center of cake.
