Ingredients
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilis
- 1 (6-ounce) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pickled banana pep¬pers (mild or hot)
- 3 to 4 teaspoons chopped sweet red peppers
- 1 package of 10 flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese with chilies, water chestnuts, onion and peppers. Add a little banana pep¬per juice to make it spreadable, if needed. Spread on tortillas and roll up like a jellyroll. Chill and slice before serving.
